Kung Fu

Kung Fu is an ancient Chinese martial art that combines physical techniques with mental discipline. It includes a wide range of styles and forms, focused on self-defense, health, and spiritual growth. Kung Fu practice improves strength, flexibility, balance, and focus.

Tai Chi & Qi Gong

Tai Chi and Qi Gong are traditional Chinese practices that combine physical movement and breathing techniques with meditation to promote health and well-being. Both practices are often practiced for their health benefits and to achieve a sense of inner peace and balance.

Chinese Lion/Dragon Dance

The Chinese Lion Dance and Dragon Dance are traditional dances that are often performed during festive occasions such as Chinese New Year, weddings and cultural festivals. Both dances are meant to bring good luck and prosperity, drive away evil spirits and entertain the community.
