Kung Fu is a martial art originating from China.
The term “Kung Fu” is used for hundreds of individual fighting styles, both 'internal' and 'external' ancient and relatively recently developed styles.
The words “Kung Fu” can literally be translated as “skill through effort”.
You can use this skill when you have to do something that requires a lot of time and effort.
The Academy teaches, among other things, the Liu He Men 六合门 style.
Liu He is rightly considered one of the great classical styles of martial arts and although it is not taught much anymore, its basic principles have influenced all forms of Kung Fu / Wu Shu. They are a perfect tool not only for fighting (Sanda) but also to correct the movements and postures of students.
SANDA is a fairly complete full contact fighting system that has its origins in Kung Fu
The striking elements of Sanda can be considered similar to modern kickboxing, with boxing, grappling and wrestling techniques (Shuai Jao).
All attacks in Sanda are rated for power, speed, and overall combat efficiency.
Flashy combinations are encouraged and often used to create takedown opportunities.
