Fascinated by Martial Arts from a young age, I practiced various Eastern martial arts. Since the beginning, I have dedicated myself to the art of Liu He Men (Luk Hop) Kung Fu.

Through years of training and good guidance my achievements were rewarded with many national and international and world titles in various disciplines. To keep the tradition alive I travel regularly to visit friends and teachers of the Liu He Men family all over the world.
